Travel Retail Trader uses a third party payment gateway called Stripe to process all payments on the website. Your payment details are not stored on our website.

Yes. The product is purchased directly on the Travel Retail Trader website using a secure payment gateway powered by Stripe. Please refer to our Privacy Notice for more information on Stripe and the use and storage of confidential information such as payment details.

The returns policy should be decided between yourself and the Seller. Please refer to our Terms of Use Policy for Buyers for more information. 

Once you are signed into your account, you can view your order history and status which is updated automatically as your order progresses.

Yes unless otherwise agreed by yourself and the Seller.

The cost of shipping and duty should be incorporated into the listing price you see unless otherwise agreed by you and the Seller. 

No. There are no subscriptions fees for registration or trading  for buyers on Travel Retail Trader

No. All fees associated with a transaction are borne by the Seller.

 

Once you a signed in, click on "My Messages" from your account where you can see and reply to any messages from your suppliers.

Yes. Once you are registered as a buyer, you will have access to the functionality of the "Product Request Section" on the site on the homepage. Simply sign in to your account and scroll down on the homepage to the Product Request Section and click on the 'Product Request Submission' tab where you can then complete the form with the required information. This will then be shared with all our registered suppliers from whom you will receive quotations into the messaging section of your account.

Click on the Register button on the homepage. Enter the details required to create a Buyer account. Once your account has been verified you are free to browse all listings and start trading with our suppliers.

The minimum order quantities stated are there based on optimizing the cost of shipping. As a general rule, we would prefer you to keep the requested minimum quantity. However, you may always negotiate for a lower quantity as long as it is fair and reasonable at their discretion, they could agree to this with you.
